With nearly a decade of experience in recruiting, Gabe has spent his career partnering with founders and executives to solve critical hiring challenges across a wide range of industries and technology sectors.

Prior to founding Grid Talent, Gabe helped scale teams across the United States for two premier recruiting firms, built niche markets from the ground up, and supported some of the fastest growing technology companies across North America, Latin America, and Europe.

Today, he works directly with founders, executives, and hiring leaders to solve one of the biggest challenges facing growing businesses: attracting and hiring exceptional talent within the real estate and property sector.

John- Principal

With over seven years of experience in business development, John has helped recruiting firms build strategic growth initiatives, expand client portfolios, and develop scalable outbound processes. Prior to joining Grid Talent, he played a key role in building a million-dollar book of business and driving revenue growth for a recruiting firm that evolved from a startup into an industry leader.

At Grid Talent, John is focused on building meaningful partnerships with real estate and property technology companies across North America. His work helps connect growing businesses with the talent they need to scale, making him an integral part of Grid's mission to support the industry's most innovative organizations.

Karen- Principal

With more than seven years of experience in sales and business development, Karen has built a career focused on driving growth through relationship-building, lead generation, and strategic outreach. Prior to joining Grid Talent, she supported organizations across cybersecurity, IT services, recruitment, and real estate.

As a Founding BDR at Grid Talent, Karen focuses on building hiring partnerships with real estate and property-focused companies. Through targeted outreach and meaningful conversations with founders, executives, and hiring leaders, she helps connect growing organizations with the talent they need while supporting Grid Talent's expansion and long-term growth.

Charm- Delivery Manager

An accomplished Recruitment Leader with over eight years of experience managing the full end-to-end hiring lifecycle for startups and large enterprises across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Prior to Grid, Charm has a proven track record across high-barrier sectors including Technology, Semiconductors, Finance, Product Marketing, Healthcare, and Environmental Engineering. Brings the deep understanding of process and relationship building needed to immediately streamline any hiring pipeline.
